Prayer Services

Each year's march begins with a prayer service for our state, the families of Maryland, the blessing of life and the end of abortion.

Archbishop of Baltimore Edwin O'Brien will be the Celebrant for the Catholic Mass held at St. Mary's Church 109 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis.   The Reverend Bishop Harry Jackson will lead the Non-denominational service along with several area pastors.  This service will be held at St. Mary's School Gymnasium starting 5:15pm.

March to the State House

Beginning around 6:30pm is the march from St. Mary's church to the State House.  This less-than-a-mile march makes a lasting statement as we shut down the streets in Annapolis with a gathering of families showing support for life principles in Maryland.

Marchers tradionally show up with signs, t-shirts and other pro-life materials to show the world how we feel about the right and protection of life.  Balloons and some signs will be provided for those who register. **transportation can be available for any elderly patrons of those with special needs**

Rally at Lawyer's Mall

Those gathered at Lawyer's Mall (in front of the State House) will hear from leaders of this movement to inspire and equip us for what lays ahead in Maryland.  This gathering is strategically placed at time for all of the representatives to witness this rally; to see and hear the cry of the people in support of life!

Meeting us there will be some of our Pro-Life Senators and Delegates, leaders in the pro-life community, as well as certain women with a special testimony of life.  The Master of Ceremonies for this rally will be our friend, Tracey Tiernan of 95.1 Shine FM!

After-march Celebration

After the close of the rally, all participants are invited to celebration and fellowship back at St. Mary's School.  There will be food, music, special presentations, and give-a-ways!  Fodd from Chick-fil-a will be served, provided by Steve Peroutka.

In the exhibitors hall, you will get a chance to meet the various organizations that are working hard to protect life and the right to life.  Groups ranging focus from public policy to pregnancy centers, from charities to adoption agencies.  Make sure you know all the groups that are working on our side.
